Designed by Sori Yanagi and made of Nambu Tekki cast iron, a material  traditional in Japan and known for its durability as well as superior heat distribution and retention. The curved edges allow for easy pouring and the raised ridges produce a good sear on meat, fish and vegetables while keeping food raised above any cooking fats.

Suitable for gas, electric, induction and oven appliances.
